Kayleigh Davison - Director/Consultant
I have the relevant qualifications and have a wealth of experience and knowledge that brings over 17 years’ experience working in children services, and managing children’s residential homes. I am a residential care consultant, regulation 44 Independent Visitor and provides young person’s advocacy covering children’s home providers across the North West and Midlands. In addition to this I am also a behavior management instructor trained to deliver PPR restraint training on behalf of Des Birnie consultancy.
As a consultant I have experience in supporting companies with quality assurance audits and supporting improvement within due diligence, record keeping and safer recruitment processes. I have also supported organizations in making applications to the regulator "Ofsted" to register children's homes and supported accommodation services.
Daren Roberts - Director/Consultant
I have a wealth of experience and knowledge that brings over 30 years’ experience working and managing children’s residential homes. I have worked a responsible individual within different organizations and have the Leadership skills to support and develop residential services. I have worked across many settings within the Northwest region, building excellent multi agency relationships with: LCSB, LADO, MACSE & Catch 22 amongst other agencies.
I have experience of achieving “Outstanding” grading from Ofsted as a Registered Manager which is a clear testimonial to you understanding of the Quality Standards and Children’s Home Regulations 2015. As a consultant to children's home providers, supporting them to meet the needs of looked after children to a high standard and promoting quality leadership is a passion of mine.
